Public Proposal #10 Designed by Klauser Lienhard. Proposed for the product line of: Foscarini, Italy.

At first sight, quite a normal floor lamp. At a second glance, however, the shape and visual appearance of the upper part is utterly strange. The molded glass covers act as a diffuser with a decorative quality, creating a playful pattern on the walls or ceiling. The atmospheric quality is extended by spots pointing up and downwards, operated separately and fully dimmable.

Story by Rainer Brenner “The 20s were bad and the 30s got worse,” Nana wrote into the guestbook at Hotel Del Mar. As it was her 97th birthday, Michael just smiled and put his signature below.

Materials Steel with powder-coated metal finish. Molded glass covers. Black silicone gaskets. Multiple LED spotlights, down- and upwards. PVC cord, (power supply not visible).
