Public Proposal #4 Designed by Klauser Lienhard. Proposed for the product line of: Magis, Italy.

The chair's character is grounded in the presence of natural cork material. It defines the color, texture and tactile sensation a person is exposed to when sitting on it. The experience feels rough, warm and naked, underlined with a reduced interpretation of the supporting structure in black. The oversized back leg gives visual stability and reinforces a strong connection to the ground.

Story by Rainer Brenner There were no candles at her palazzo. No lighter, no matches, not a spark of light. “Don’t touch the handles,” Conan said while looking for an ash-free space to place his bags. “Just sit down and try to relax, I’ll fix the chargers. See you in a bit.”

Materials Powder-coated steel with black finish. Natural cork. Wooden back leg with black powder coating finish.
